Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions ("Hero Pass") for the Budget Quest (BGTQST) service ("Service"), operated by Sadokpam Axn Meetei ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). Our goal is to provide a clear and fair policy regarding refunds.
Subscription Fees and Cancellations
The Hero Pass subscription provides access to premium features within the BGTQST application and is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").
You may cancel your Hero Pass subscription at any time through your account settings within the BGTQST application or through the Paddle customer portal (accessible via links in your payment confirmation emails). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which you will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the free "Adventurer" tier features.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for your **first** payment for a Hero Pass subscription and for **each subsequent monthly renewal** payment.
If, within 7 calendar days of a charge for your Hero Pass subscription, you are not satisfied with the Service or believe you were charged in error, you are eligible to request a full refund for that specific charge. This includes situations such as:
- Changing your mind about the subscription.
- Encountering significant technical issues that prevent you from using the paid features.
- Feeling the service did not meet reasonable expectations based on the description at the time of purchase.
- Accidental renewal or duplicate charges.
How to Request a Refund (Within 7 Days)
To request a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team directly via email:

- The email address associated with your BGTQST account.
- The approximate date of the charge you wish to have refunded.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful for feedback).
We will review your request promptly (typically within 1-2 business days). If the request is made within the 7-day window following the relevant charge, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method via Paddle.
Refunds After the 7-Day Window
Except for the 7-day money-back guarantee outlined above, subscription fees are generally **non-refundable** after the initial 7-day period of a billing cycle has passed. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle after the 7-day window.
However, we may consider refunds outside the 7-day window on a **case-by-case basis** under exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented prolonged service outages directly attributable to us). Such exceptions are at our sole discretion. Please contact support if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
